Yonh Rodriguez, Founder & Owner
CuraVibe Healthcare Staffing was founded by Yonh Rodriguez, a Certified Nursing Assistant with more than two years of hands-on healthcare experience in the United States and five years of previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist in Cuba.
His background gives him a practical understanding of both sides of healthcare staffing: the realities professionals experience on the floor and the importance of recruiting, supporting, and retaining dependable employees.
After experiencing staffing shortages, call-offs, demanding shifts, and the importance of reliable teammates firsthand, Yonh created CuraVibe to help healthcare facilities connect with qualified, compassionate professionals while offering healthcare workers respectful opportunities and dependable support.
